Product description
- ED1004-1 and ED1005-1 are high-power surface-mounted cylindrical spotlights with no ceiling cutout required, rated at 40W and 60W respectively. They can be directly mounted on ceilings without cutting holes, perfect for exposed beam ceilings, high-ceiling lofts, factory public areas and renovation projects without dismantling original ceilings. Equipped with original Bridgelux LED chips and external drivers from top-tier brands Lifud and Eaglerise, they work with universal AC220-240V mains supply. Stable constant current & voltage output prevents flicker under voltage fluctuation, and the matched light source and driver system delivers low failure rate for large-scale engineering bulk installation.
- The glare index is strictly controlled at UGR＜10, reaching top-grade deep anti-glare standard. The deeply recessed reflective cup blocks stray light in multiple layers to eliminate harsh glare during direct viewing, bringing superior visual comfort during long-time commercial display and office lighting. CRI≥90 achieves delicate and lifelike color rendering for exhibits, soft furnishings and architectural materials. Luminous efficacy ranges from 110 to 140lm/W, offering high lumen output with well-matched power consumption, mild light decay during prolonged operation, stable energy-saving performance and long service life even under high-power operation.
- Four CCT options (2700K/3000K/4000K/5000K) can be switched on site without extra wiring to toggle warm ambient light, neutral office light and high-bright cool white commercial light with one click. Four beam angles (15°/24°/36°/55°) are optional: the ultra-narrow 15° beam is designed for long-distance pinpoint highlighting in high-ceiling spaces, 24° and 36° angles are applied to vertical wall washing, and the wide 55° angle provides large-area basic flood fill light. One single model satisfies multi-layer lighting design requirements for large spaces.
- The integrated vertical finned aluminum cylindrical body forms an extra-large heat dissipation cavity with air convection ducts, which rapidly dissipates heat from LED chips during continuous 40W/60W high-power operation, fundamentally preventing light source aging, burnout and flicker failure caused by heat accumulation. The whole lamp achieves IP65 dustproof and waterproof protection, suitable for harsh environments with dust and moisture such as semi-outdoor porches, damp underground areas, store facades and zones near kitchens and bathrooms. The minimalist cylindrical shell can be customized in white, black and other colors. Surface mounting requires no pre-embedding construction, simplifying installation and enabling easy disassembly for later maintenance.
- It natively supports a full set of intelligent control protocols including DALI bus dimming, Bluetooth group linkage control, D2W dimming, scene preset and tunable white, and can be connected to building intelligent central control systems to realize zoned dimming, timed on/off and one-click scene linkage. With CE electrical safety certification complying with domestic and international standards for commercial lighting engineering, it is widely adopted in bulk procurement for integrated lighting projects such as shopping mall atriums, high-rise office buildings, star hotel public areas, cultural exhibition halls and large open loft spaces without suspended ceilings.
