Product description
- This series consists of two extra-high power engineering-grade recessed spotlights: ED1004 (40W) and ED1005 (60W), equipped with original Bridgelux LED chips and powered by AC220-240V mains supply. Both adopt unified standard cutout Φ200mm. With large opening size and ultra-high power, they are specially designed for long-distance accent lighting in high-ceiling large spaces such as shopping mall atriums, high-rise office buildings, large exhibition halls and hotel lobbies. External drivers from well-known top brands Lifud and Eaglerise are standard, providing stable constant current and voltage output to avoid flicker under voltage fluctuation. The matched light source and driver ensure high reliability and greatly reduce post-construction maintenance rate for engineering projects.
- It adopts professional deep anti-glare design with glare index strictly controlled at UGR＜10. The deep cup reflective cavity blocks stray light in multiple layers to eliminate harsh glare during direct viewing and relieve visual fatigue during long-term use. CRI≥90 delivers delicate and lifelike color rendering for exhibits, soft furnishings and building materials. Luminous efficacy ranges from 110 to 140lm/W, realizing high luminous output with optimized power consumption. It features mild light decay during long continuous operation, maintaining energy-saving performance and long stable service life even under high-power working conditions.
- Four CCT options (2700K/3000K/4000K/5000K) can be switched on site without extra driver wiring to switch warm ambient light, neutral office light and high-bright cool white light with one click. Four beam angles (15°/24°/36°/55°) are optional: the ultra-narrow 15° beam is suitable for long-distance pinpoint highlighting in extra-high ceiling spaces, 24° and 36° angles are for vertical wall washing, and the wide 55° angle provides large-area basic flood lighting. A single model can meet multi-layer lighting design demands for large-scale spaces.
- The integrated thickened multi-fin aluminum heat sink on the back features super large heat dissipation area and vertical convection air ducts to rapidly dissipate chip heat during continuous 40W/60W high-power operation, effectively preventing light source aging, burnout and flicker failure caused by heat accumulation. The whole lamp reaches IP66 protection grade with excellent dustproof and waterproof performance, applicable to harsh environments with humidity, water vapor and dust such as semi-outdoor areas, underground public spaces and surrounding bathroom areas. Screw-free recessed installation with anti-fatigue spring clips prevents loosening and falling, ensuring firm mounting on ceilings.
- The trim bezel can be customized in matte black, matte white, brushed metal and other finishes. The minimalist narrow bezel appearance matches public decoration styles including minimalist commercial projects, high-end shopping complexes and star hotels. It natively supports comprehensive intelligent control protocols including DALI bus dimming, Bluetooth group linkage control, D2W dimming, scene preset and tunable white, which can be connected to building intelligent central control systems for zoned dimming, timing switch and one-click scene switching. With CE electrical safety certification complying with domestic and international engineering lighting standards, it is ideal for bulk procurement and implementation of large shopping complex lighting, cultural exhibition projects and whole-building office illumination.
