Product description
- This series consists of trimless pre-embedded adjustable spotlight trim kits, including round single-head pre-embedded model 3LC00161, square single-head pre-embedded model 3LC00163 and integrated double-head pre-embedded model 3LC00165. All are compatible with 75mm cutout COB spotlight modules. The cutout sizes for single-head versions are Φ75mm and 75×75mm, while the integrated double-head cutout is 150×75mm. The ultra-thin embedded depth is only 56mm, matching the pre-buried depth of most ceiling constructions. Perforated pre-buried side wings can be directly embedded into gypsum plaster, leaving no exposed bezel after finishing to achieve minimalist trimless invisible no-main-light lighting.
- Built-in hinge angle adjustment mechanism allows the lamp body to tilt slightly after installing the light source, flexibly changing beam direction for directional lighting such as wall washing for paintings, pinpoint highlighting for artworks and accent fill light for cabinets. The integrated double-head frame realizes two lighting points with a single ceiling cutout, drastically reducing drilling holes and simplifying carpentry & pre-embedding procedures. It is ideal for linear array lighting along corridors and background walls to boost construction efficiency.
- Two material options (PC and aluminum) are available for the trim housing: PC features cost efficiency and crack resistance, while aluminum delivers rigid compression resistance against deformation. Six standard spray paint finishes are provided: matte black, matte white, misty silver, gun black, bright silver and gold. Custom color matching is supported to fit interior design styles including minimalism, light luxury, commercial project, French and wabi-sabi.
- Perforated mesh structure on pre-buried wings enables full penetration and bonding with gypsum mortar for strong adhesion after embedding, preventing ceiling cracking, fixture sinking and falling off. Precise inner locking slot fixes the light module tightly without wobble. Only the light head can be detached and replaced in later use while the pre-buried base stays fixed permanently, cutting the cost of lamp maintenance and style renovation.
- Modular standardized cutout design is compatible with all in-house 75mm cutout spotlight modules. Separated stock management of light sources and pre-embedded trims reduces inventory categories and storage pressure. Widely applied in whole-house no-main-light decoration for villas, lighting renovation of chain catering stores, bulk lamp upgrading for hotel guest rooms and embedded matrix lighting projects in cultural exhibition halls. Pre-embedding work can be carried out simultaneously with ceiling carpentry to shorten project construction cycle.
