Product description
- This series consists of angle-adjustable recessed spotlight pre-embedded trim kits for trimless ceiling installation, including round single pre-embedded model 3LC00155, square single pre-embedded model 3LC00157 and long double-head pre-embedded model 3LC00159. All are compatible with Φ75 spotlight modules, with cutout sizes Φ75, 7575mm and 15075mm respectively. The ultra-shallow embedded depth is only 43mm, fitting most ceiling pre-buried height limits. Perforated pre-buried wings on both sides can be directly plastered into ceiling, leaving no exposed bezel after finishing to achieve pure trimless invisible no-main-light effect.
- Built-in hinge structure allows the lamp body to tilt at a certain angle after assembling light source, flexibly adjusting beam direction for wall washing, ornament accent lighting and ambient fill-in light. The integrated double-head design realizes two lighting points with only one ceiling cutout, greatly reducing drilling quantity and construction work, perfect for linear lighting on TV background walls and corridors.
- Three shapes are available: round, square and long double-head. Matte white and matte black are standard colors, with custom paint colors available per project style. Perforated mesh wings enable full bonding with gypsum plaster to avoid loosening, cracking, fixture sinking and falling off, delivering excellent structural stability after pre-embedding.
- Integrated die-cast aluminum body features high hardness against extrusion and deformation. Electrostatic spray coating resists corrosion and oxidation without yellowing, peeling or fading during long service life. Precise inner locking slot fixes the light module tightly without wobble. The light source can be detached separately for maintenance and replacement without removing the pre-buried base frame, lowering renovation and after-sales cost.
- Modular standardized design fits all Φ75 cutout COB spotlight heads of matching dimension. Separated stock management of light sources and trims reduces inventory pressure. Widely adopted in pre-buried lighting projects for luxury villas, whole-house no-main-light residential decoration, chain catering stores, cultural exhibition halls and hotel guest rooms. Pre-embedding construction can be synchronized with ceiling carpentry to streamline project schedule and improve execution efficiency.
