Product description
- This series consists of high-power angle-adjustable COB recessed anti-glare spotlights with two customized high-power models: ES6021 (15W) and ES6021-1 (18W). Both share the same ceiling cutout Φ75mm and outer bezel diameter Φ82, with body heights of 90mm and 93.5mm respectively. The extended heat sink cavity is designed to fit continuous lighting under high-power working conditions. The luminous efficacy reaches 90-110lm/w for high brightness and energy efficiency, minimal light decay during long-hour operation, and outstanding lighting stability plus long service life under high-power application.
- It supports stepless tunable white ranging from 2700K to 6500K, and customized RGB color lighting as well as Y/W dual-color temperature ambient light are available upon request. Four beam angles (15°/24°/36°/60°) are equipped as standard, and the whole lamp can tilt 15° vertically for directional adjustment. Narrow beam realizes long-distance pinpoint spotlighting for paintings and exhibits, while wide beam provides basic ambient floodlighting for large spaces, suitable for high-ceiling apartments, shop displays, exhibition halls and key exhibit lighting in museums.
- The top part adopts thickened integrated extruded aluminum heat sink with dense vertical fins and air channels to strengthen convection heat transfer, rapidly dissipating heat generated by 15W & 18W high-power chips and preventing overheating aging and rapid brightness loss caused by heat accumulation. The deep mirror inner reflector applies multi-layer light interception optical design to restrict stray light leakage and greatly suppress direct glare, delivering soft glare-free light that relieves eye strain during long-term viewing.
- The two models are fitted with standard stainless steel spring clips of specification 1507 and 1304/1507 respectively. The clips feature excellent anti-fatigue performance without elasticity failure after long use, ensuring tight fixation against falling off after ceiling mounting. It comes with a minimalist black-and-white contrast look, and the housing & reflector colors can be customized according to project requirements. Recessed clip-in installation simplifies construction, and individual lamp disassembly for inspection and replacement is easy for later maintenance.
- It can be directly powered by AC220-240V mains voltage without external driver, reducing wiring procedures and accessory procurement costs. It is natively compatible with DALI bus dimming, Bluetooth wireless smart linkage, dual CCT switching, scene preset dimming and tunable white. The customized RGB version supports color rhythm and scene linkage via whole-house smart systems. With CE certification, it is widely applied to bulk lighting projects in large villas, shopping malls, cultural exhibition halls and office building public areas.
